Monthly reconciliations (banks/credit cards), clean categorization, adjustments as needed, and delivery of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Depending on your plan, we can also prepare AP/AR summaries and compliance reminders.

Yes. We run a brief diagnostic, then provide a fixed-scope quote and timeline. Once approved, we complete the clean-up and transition you into monthly service.
End-to-end processing: gross-to-net calculations, withholdings, direct deposit or checks, payroll registers, and pay stubs; Electronic tax deposits and filings (Form 941/940, state and local); new-hire reporting; and year-end forms (W-2/W-3 and applicable state filings). Reports are delivered to your Client Portal
Direct deposits post on payday when we receive complete info by the cutoff. If needed, we can issue paper checks. Pay stubs and payroll summaries are available from the email we sent the day of payrol aprobal.
We calculate and remit payroll taxes on your schedule (monthly or semi-weekly, as required) and file quarterly returns (Form 941 + state/local). Annually, we prepare W-2/W-3 (and Form 940) and post copies to your Client Portal by the required deadlines. Multi-state and local compliance support is available.
